Is 'X' in stock?
Our website is automatically updated with live stock levels. In 99.9% of cases, if the button next to the product says 'Add to Basket' then we have it waiting for you in the warehouse and it will be despatched as soon as possible. Any items out of stock will normally have the option to 'Email me when available' - use this function to be kept up-to-date when new stock arrives.

Please order on line, this is the quickest method and you will receive an immediate confirmation. There is a choice of payment methods.
Do you accept Credit and Debit Card Payments?
Yes. At 'Checkout' choose payment either by 'Credit Card (Stripe)' or 'Credit Cards via Paypal'. If you prefer, you can also pay by BACS (Bank transfer) or Cheque. Sorry, we are not able to take credit card payments by telephone.
Can you design a layout for me?
Sorry, no. There are many tools on line which can help you design your own unique layout. One of the most popular programs is Anyrail this will even provide you with a list of Kato track you require and I will gladly price this for you.
Are there any track plans available for Kato Unitrack?
Yes many, have a look at Kato USA and you will find many that even show the relevant Kato Unitrack pieces and the quantity required. Don't forget to order these on Train Trax website for the best prices in the UK!
You will also find many if you do a Google search, don't forget to search for Kato Unitrack track plans or you may end up with some of the other brands of track!
Kato Japan has many plans for trains and trams, again if you click on the plan it should give a list of parts and packs required, sorry I can't read Japanese either!
Who are Model Railway Magic?
Train Trax is a sub-brand of Model Railway Magic. After 14 years the previous owner Keith Blanchard earned his retirement and transferred the website and extensive stock to Model Railway Magic Ltd in January 2022.
Model Railway Magic was founded early in 2020 by Ian Miller as a 'model recycling programme' buying and selling second hand model railway items. It currently holds 100% positive feedback on eBay.
