TrainTrax is a trading name of Model Railway Magic Ltd, company number 12703527.

These terms apply to consumer orders placed through traintrax.co.uk. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Products and prices

We do our best to keep product descriptions, photographs, prices and stock information accurate.

Please check product codes, scale, dimensions and compatibility before ordering. Packaging and minor product details may occasionally differ from those shown.

Prices include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

If we discover an obvious pricing or description error, we will contact you before dispatch. You may continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

Your order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. We accept it when we confirm dispatch.

Payment is made using the methods shown at checkout.

We may cancel an order if payment cannot be authorised, an item is unavailable, the delivery address cannot be used, or we reasonably suspect fraud. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Stock and pre-orders

Products marked In stock are held by us in the UK.

Occasional stock errors can happen. If an item is unavailable, we will offer a refund, revised delivery date or suitable alternative.

Pre-order release dates are estimates and may change. Unless stated otherwise, payment is not taken until the product is ready for dispatch.

Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimated times are shown during checkout and on our Shipping Costs page.

We normally aim to dispatch in-stock orders within one working day. Delivery times are estimates unless a guaranteed service has been agreed.

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. We may charge for redelivery if a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, refused or not collected.

Overseas orders

Customers outside the UK may need to pay local VAT, customs duties or handling charges. These are not normally included in the amount paid to TrainTrax.
