The long R-w wagon is a versatile RhB freight vehicle used for timber, containers and heavy machinery. These wagons can also be seen in short formations or running over street-running sections of the RhB network.

This welcome addition to the Kato range of freight wagons for the Rhätische Bahn features another beautifully applied livery on the containers. Side stakes, brake handles and alternative couplings are also included in the box. My purchase was yet another perfect transaction with the highly recommended Train Trax.

As usual an exceellent addition to the (TOO) slowly expanding RhB range!, as usual very smooth running vehicles.
The containers are well produced and excellently printed I note that only 3 of the 8 supplied have loco printed the other 5 are plain.
One criticism I have is regarding the supplied stanchions, they are quite difficult to fit die to their tiny size, I attempted to fit just one with little success and gave up until another day.
