Description

A 5-car passenger coach set representing the overnight express 'Sanbe', a Sanin-region train seen in the 1970s.

The real 'Sanbe' linked Hakata and Yonago via the Kitakyushu industrial area and used a varied formation including 20 series sleepers, 12 series express coaches and mail/baggage vehicles. This set is intended for customers building that distinctive mixed express formation.
