For a trial period we switched to a new payment provider on our Train Trax website.

We have now decided that we will be discontinuing the Super payment service early in 2026. We’ve been using the service for a while and passing on a 1% saving to our customers, but we’ve also had significant feedback that it has been making purchases more difficult. We’re continually seeking to improve our website and make things easier.

Some customers have built up modest rewards. Please ensure to use these rewards on our site before 5th January or they will be lost.
