Description
The 14 Series passenger coaches were introduced in 1972, offering limited-express style accommodation with features such as simple reclining seats and heat-absorbing passenger-window glass. They were widely used on special limited express services, group trains and express trains across Honshu and Kyushu.
This OHa 14 coach is suitable for recreating JNR-era passenger formations from around 1978-1980. It is a useful companion for JNR locomotives such as ED75 0 late type and EF65 1000 early type.
