If your message is about spare parts, please include as much detail as you can so we can identify the correct item first time, for example:
Scale (N, OO/HO, etc.)
KATO model number, if available, or the name of the item modelled eg JR EF510, UP NW2 etc)
- Part number(s) if you know them, or an accurate description of the part and where it fits.
Photos are welcome — especially of the model, the area involved, and any packaging/labels. Please send these by email.
The more detail you provide, the faster we can help. If you can't provide the information we need then we're unlikely to be able to assist.
