The "Glacier Express", it is an international sightseeing train that represents Switzerland and is famous in Japan.
Travel through the European Alps in southwestern Switzerland, from Zermatt to St. Moritz, on two railway companies, the Rhaetian Railway and the Matterhorn Gotthard Railway, for a leisurely 8-hour journey, admiring the majestic Alpine scenery. It is gaining popularity as a panorama sightseeing train to enjoy.
The motor of the Ge4/4-III locomotive included in the basic/starter set has been changed to a slotless motor to achieve smooth and quiet running performance.

Excellent items reasonably priced. A good way to investigate the potential of Kato RhB items, The loco is extremely smooth running and powerful and has 3 directional head lights (at each end!)
A good way to gain more info on the RhB railway is to view the RhB website's Livestream section ( RhB/livestream) which offers webcams of the railway in action!

Awsome set , as ever with Kato , it runs dircet from the box very well ... it was quick delivery.I have a 9 X 4 foot layout. Mixed UK loco's and stock and Kato. The kato locos and emus etc are awsome ... most brought from this wonderful site !!! well worth it

Great value for such a good running locomotive and two coaches. The detail on the loco is superb and it runs very smoothly and quietly, I've even done some shunting with it just to see what the slow running over points is like and its excellent. It looks very smart running with its coaches and will pull a lot of wagons running as a freight loco. Traintrax service is superb, very quick delivery, good comms and well packed.
