Description

Introduced in 2003 as a cross-seat limited express train on the Kyoto Line. Although it is a 3-door car, it inherits the traditional cross-seat style and has the character of a limited express car.

In addition, the car number display has been added to the curtain plate (upper side of the vehicle body), and the design of the women-only vehicle display has been changed to the recent specifications.

Front destination display is "Limited Express Kyoto Kawaramachi" (front standard equipment). "Semi-express Osaka Umeda" is included for replacement. The sides are solid black and stickers are included.

Differences between Kyoto and Osaka in the skirt shape of the leading car and the presence or absence of an electric coupler for the close contact coupler (dummy coupler).

Headlights / taillights and marker lights (both sides) light up. Reproduces the state of all four high-beam lights lit.

The intermediate connecting part is equipped with a body mount close coupler (with hook) as standard equipment. Realizes realistic inter-connection and smooth running.

Seats are expressed in green.

A slotless motor realizes even smoother and quieter running.
