Description

The Kintetsu 10100 Series 'New Vista Car' was introduced in 1959 for Kintetsu limited express services and became one of the railway's landmark trains.

Its articulated three-car structure and double-deck intermediate car were highly distinctive. These modified-version sets represent the trains after later alterations, including changes associated with snack-corner installation, toilet and washroom updates and front-end modifications.
