Description
The Odakyu Romancecar NSE 3100 Series appeared in 1963, developing the low centre of gravity and articulated construction of the earlier SE trains into a more luxurious observation-car design. It became one of the classic Romancecar types.
This KATO set represents the updated NSE after refurbishment, including the rectangular automatic front nickname display, revised cafe/shop area and later underfloor/coupling details.
