Description

The Seibu Railway 40000 Series was introduced from 2017 and is used on services including through workings with Tokyo Metro, Tokyu, Tobu and Yokohama Minatomirai Railway routes. The prototype includes long/cross convertible seating and a partner zone, with a bright, modern appearance.

This is an unpowered add-on set for expanding the KATO Seibu Railway 40000 Series formation. Use with the 10-2019 basic set and the other matching add-on set as required.

• Intermediate couplings use body-mounted close couplers without hooks; leading ends use dummy couplers.
• Headlights, tail lights and front destination display light up using white LEDs on the powered/basic formation.
• Front display fitted as "74M/S-TRAIN Motomachi-Chukagai". Replacement front displays include "S-TRAIN Seibu-Chichibu", "Haijima Liner Haijima" and blank.
• Side destination displays printed black, with destination display stickers included.
• The book case for Add-on Set A can also store the basic set and Add-on Set B vehicles.
