This is an unmotorised add-on for 10-2019 Seibu Railway 40000 Series Basic Set (4 cars)
- The Seibu Railway 40000 series is a commuter train that was introduced in 2017. It features bright coloring that evokes the scenery and nature along the line. It is Seibu Railway's first long/cross seat convertible car with a toilet in car 4, and is characterized by its use as a reserved seat train such as the S-TRAIN and Haijima Liner.
◆ The Seibu Railway 40000 series will be updated to the current specifications. In addition to reproducing the digital radio antenna added to the roof of the leading car and the intermediate car with the IR antenna removed, the product will be made with a slotless motor for power and a new car number. You can enjoy it with the vehicles of each company that operates direct operation on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line and Fukutoshin Line, such as Tokyo Metro, Tokyu Corporation, Tobu Railway, and Yokohama Minatomirai Railway.
Main Features
②The gently curved front end, clean aluminum body shape, and colorful coloring are realistically reproduced.
③The long/cross conversion seats are in the form of cross seats, with cars ① to ⑨ facing Hanno, and car ⑩ facing Ikebukuro. The partner zone is also reproduced.
④The form of the intermediate car (40405) with the digital radio antenna added to the roof of the leading car and the IR antenna removed is reproduced.
⑤The use of a slotless motor achieves smooth and quiet running.
⑥The intermediate coupling section uses a body-mounted close-coupled coupler without a hook for each car. The leading section uses a dummy coupler.
⑦Head/tail lights and front destination display lights up (using white LEDs).
⑧The front display is already installed with "74M/S-TRAIN Motomachi-Chinatown", and "S-TRAIN Seibu Chichibu", "Haijima Liner Haijima", and "Plain" are included as replacement front displays.
⑩ The bookcase of Add-on Set A can store vehicles from the Basic Set and Add-on Set B
