Description

Tokyu 5050 Series 4000-series formation 4105 received a full Shinkansen-style wrapping in 2024 as part of the "enjoy WEST" promotion. The white body and blue stripes echo the Tokaido-Sanyo Shinkansen, linking the Tokyu Shin-Yokohama Line with onward Shinkansen travel from Shin-Yokohama.

This special KATO 10-car set captures the striking wrapped train for Tokyu Toyoko Line and through-service layouts.

• Intermediate couplings use KATO close couplers with hooks; leading ends use dummy couplers.
• Headlights, tail lights and front destination display illuminate using white LEDs.
• Powered model with slotless motor for smooth, quiet running.
• Front display fitted as "52K Express Shonandai". Replacement displays include "53K Local Kawagoe City" and "55K Express Shibuya".
• Side displays printed black, with destination display stickers included.
• Pairs well with Tokyu, Tokyo Metro, Seibu, Tobu, Sotetsu and other through-service stock.
