Description
●The Aichi Loop Railway is a 45.3km long line that connects to Kozo-ji Temple on the Chuo Main Line via Shin-Toyota via Shin-Toyota, which connects the Toyota Line and the Nagoya Railway Toyota Line from Okazaki on the Tokaido Main Line to the Toyoda Line and the Mikawa Line of the Nagoya Railway.
From 2002 to 2009, the Aichi Loop Railway 2000 series based on the 313 series 3000 units appeared and is active in all sections of the same line. From March 13, 2025, a commemorative train that recreates the design of the vehicle that was operating at the time appeared in commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the Aichi Expo (Ai-Earth Expo) held along the line in 2005.
