●The Ge6/6-I, commonly known as the "Rhaetian Crocodile", is a rod-driven, six-axle convex electric locomotive that appeared in 1921 with the electrification of the Albula Line. It has been used for a long time to pull various passenger and freight trains, and even now, more than 100 years later, two cars are preserved in working order. It continues to be used as if it were still in active service, not only for event trains, but also in the summer when it is organized with other historical passenger cars and open panoramic passenger cars and incorporated into the regular timetable.

◆The Ge6/6-I, also known as the "Rhaetian Crocodile", a historic electric locomotive that appeared more than 100 years ago and is still very popular on the Rhaetian Railway, is finally available in N gauge.
The mechanical structure packed into the small body is reproduced with KATO's latest technology. You can enjoy it together with the 3101-7 Alpine Locomotive Ge4/4-III 643, scheduled for release in August 2025, and the 10-2026/2027 Alpine Glacier Express.

Main Features

① The No. 414 locomotive, which is still in active service as a preserved locomotive, is commercialized in its form around 2023.
② The distinctive rod-driven undercarriage, the bonnet that rotates with the bogie, and the body with significantly different window and louver arrangements on the left and right sides are reproduced.

③ The 100th anniversary commemorative plaque attached to one of the crew doors of the No. 414 locomotive is printed.
④ The yellow handrail next to the crew door is reproduced with a separate part.

⑤ Headlights light up (warm white LED). All three lights on the front are lit, but the light in the middle of the front window is not lit. The left and right headlights reproduce the silver rims.
⑥ The large, uniquely shaped pantograph is reproduced.
⑦ Stable running is achieved by installing a coreless motor.
⑧ The coupler is equipped as standard with a short coupler for the Glacier Express. Replacement Arnold coupler included.
