Description
The Tobu Noda Line, now known as the Tobu Urban Park Line, runs between Omiya, Kasukabe, Kashiwa and Funabashi. The 8000 Series was once the mainstay of the route and continues to be a familiar Tobu commuter EMU.
This KATO six-car set represents formation 8163, which was allocated to Shinrinkoen on the Tojo Line until 2010 and later to Nanakodai on the Noda Line. The model depicts the appearance before the 2012 CI logo change, without the Tobu Urban Park Line logo and with the company crest next to the car numbers.
