This item uses Train Trax's website pre-order function.  For simplicity of processing, each product will need to be placed on a separate pre-order as they will probably arrive at different times. If more than one pre-order does arrive at a similar time then it will be possible to combine shipping charges.

Product description

The DD54 was a distinctive JNR diesel locomotive with a European-influenced appearance, built from 1966 for secondary main line use. Based at Fukuchiyama and Yonago, the type worked passenger, parcels and freight traffic across the San-in Main Line, Fukuchiyama Line, Bantan Line and Hakubi Line, including express services such as Daisen, Izumo and Oki.

• Mid-period type represents third-batch Nos. 9 to 24 with snowplough, no SG side louvres, body joint line and straight release lever ends.
• Selectable number plates: initial type 1 and 3; mid-period type 10, 12, 19 and 24.
• “Mitsubishi” builder’s plates are printed.
