Prototype information

The N700 series 2000 series is a type of N700 series that was modified to reflect some of the functions of the later-released N700A Shinkansen and renumbered, and continues to be active today. The logo mark on the side has been changed to a logo with a smaller letter "A" added next to "N700", and it is affectionately known as "Small A" by fans. They are operated as "Nozomi", "Hikari", and "Kodama" on the Tokaido/Sanyo Shinkansen.

- The car number of the formation is commercialized as the X65 formation belonging to JR Tokai

- Logo mark on the side of the car body with the letter "A" added, car number changed to 2000 series and formation number changed to X

- Accurately reproduces the front part of the aero double wing shape

- Reproduces the characteristic all-round holo between the car bodies

- Reproduces the car number notation on the roof and the red warning color at the end of the car

- Blue line on the white car body

- Beautifully expresses the refreshed body paint color

- Equipped with a ``body tilt system'' that tilts the car body like a real car when passing a curve

- Adopts a slotless motor to achieve smooth and quiet running

- Headlight/tail Light on.

- Reproduces the lighting state where the light can be seen from the side just like the actual vehicle
