- KATO will reproduce the popular Tokaido / Sanyo Shinkansen train, 923 type 3000 series <Doctor Yellow>.
- The T5 formation of the 923 type 3000 series, commonly known as [Doctor Yellow], is a Shinkansen electric track comprehensive test vehicle that collects basic data for track maintenance on the Tokaido / Sanyo Shinkansen.
- With its yellow appearance, it is popular among Shinkansen fans, children and tourists.
- You can enjoy driving with a wide range of generation Shinkansen from 300 series to N700S of Tokaido / Sanyo Shinkansen.
- From this product, a slotless motor has been adopted, the set name sticker attached to the add-on set has been abolished, and the name on the surface of the book case has been changed. Along with that, the product number of the 3-car basic set, the price of each set, and the JAN code will be changed.
- We will also reproduce each car body with recent specifications.

- Based on the prototype of the 3000 series T5 train belonging to JR West, details different from the T4 train belonging to JR Tokai (presence or absence of the No. 7 antenna, jack-up holes, roof color, etc.) are accurately captured and reproduced.
