Description
- Koki 106 is a container freight car of which 1162 cars were manufactured between 1997 and 2007. It can accommodate not only standard 12ft containers, but also non-standard sizes such as marine containers and tank containers. It is mainly used for high-speed freight on main lines, and operates at a maximum speed of 100km/h when the train weight is 1,300t (26-car formation), and 110km/h when the train weight is 1,200t (24-car formation) or less.
- Koki 106 with the "JRF" mark on the side of the car body is now available as a set of two cars. In recent years, the JRF mark has been removed and the appearance has been simplified, but this product will be newly added to the lineup with a specification that allows you to enjoy the appearance before it was removed.
