Description

This special edition set represents the Odakyu Romancecar NSE 3100 Series 'Yume 70', refurbished in 1997 as an event express to mark the 70th anniversary of Odakyu Electric Railway.

The prototype combined the classic NSE observation-car design with a striking tricolour anniversary livery and modified front-car interiors. It makes a very distinctive alternative to the standard updated NSE set.
