Description
●The Nankai Electric Railway 6000 series is a 20m-class commuter train for the Koya Line that appeared in 1962. A total of seventy-two cars have been manufactured, and more than sixty years later, twenty cars are still active. It appeared as an all-stainless stainless steel car made by Tokyu Corporation (currently General Rolling Stock Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) in a technical tie-up with U.S. Budd, which has an unpainted corrugated car, a uniquely shaped ventilator, and a Pioneer III trolley. In 1985, with the implementation of the renewal repair and cooling remodeling, the trolley was replaced, and the unique appearance with a heavy roof lined with distributed cooling equipment, some Saha 6600, and other vehicles with different trolleys. Since 1992, blue and orange stripe paint has been added, and changes have occurred, such as the vehicle number board on the side of the driver's seat of the front car changed to the nameplate of the "NANKAI" logo. For the first time in 57 years, it continued to play an active role without leaving one scrapped car, but with the introduction of new models, scrapped cars have been occurring since the first year of Reiwa (2019). Twenty cars still remain, and from each stop to rapid express trains, they are active in operation that does not distinguish them from new types of vehicles.
◆KATO's Kansai private railway lineup has appeared in the Nankai Electric Railway 6000 series. We will realistically reproduce corrugated car bodies, single-open doors, and unique roof-top equipment seen in stainless steel cars manufactured in the Showa era.
Main Features
● 6029F (4 cars) and 6913F (2 cars) classified as 6 and 7 cars are commercialized in the form around 1992
●Reproduces old company crests, green space vehicle number boards, and various nameplates at the hem of the car body
●The front destination indication is already installed "each stop Kawachinagano". "Kokukyu Namba", "Semi-Shoku Senboku Komyo Pond" and "(Solid color)" are included for exchange
● After the condensation of the coupling, the car body is renewed, the cooling, the trolley is changed, and the shape after the front and side indicator are installed, and the form after the vehicle number plate is installed on the front penetrating door is reproduced.
●Head/taillights, type of indicator lights, and front-end destination indications are turned on for each front of each front car (with off-right switch). Light bulb color LED adopted. Type of indicator light can be selected by unplugging and removing light guide parts, and two types of lighting are lit only on the entire light or on the assistant seat side.
●Appropriately reproduces the characteristic corrugated car body and the texture unique to stainless steel cars
●Reproduces characteristic roof-top equipment such as distributed coolers, two-stage piping, and lower frame cross-shaped pantographs
●As a specification after the trolley replacement due to the cooling conversion, Saha 6600 is equipped with only Minden German type FS-355, other vehicles are equipped with S-type Minden-shaped FS-092/392
●Smooth and quiet runnability is achieved by adopting a slotless motor
● The coupler adopts a body mount dense coupler without a hook for each car. A series of electric wires that can be attached to the front part (one stage) and a torso receiving are attached
