Description
●The TGV EuroDuplex, which is active on the domestic and international routes of the French National Railway (SNCF), was given a new livery in the early 2010s using a color called "Carmillon", a mixture of carmine red and vermilion red. In 2019, a new brand was set for TGV, named "inOui", which means "unprecedented/amazing" in French, and a logo mark has been displayed along with the improvement of various services.
◆A new variation has been added to the popular French high-speed train TGV series. It is possible to reproduce the coupling of two trains like the real train, and you can enjoy it in combination with other TGV series and ICE4.
Main Features
①Reproduces the exterior appearance with the "Carmillon" paint and the brand name "inOui" logo
②Reproduces the form of the locomotives at both ends of the formation with the recesses at the bottom of the front glass blocked and an antenna added to the roof
③Two types of pantographs are created (some shapes differ from the actual vehicle)

As with all the Kato TGV family trains, this is a neatly decorated train but which needs the 5-car basic set to be able to run it. I understand the logic behind splitting the trains into two sets to permit users with smaller layouts to just run a smaller 5 car TGV. But for me with a layout designed around running full length trains it makes the ordering process clumsier and adds extra shipping cost. Fortunately the upcoming TGV PSE can be ordered as a full 10-car train or as two 5-car segments. So the additional set runs smoothly when coupled to the 5-car Basic set with a relatively low level of motor noise. The train has power car body shells updated to the most recent lighting and wifi configurations of the real trains.
