Description

N gauge KATO 683 Series 2000 limited express Noto Kagaribi 3-car set.

After the Hokuriku Shinkansen extension to Tsuruga in March 2024, Thunderbird and Shirasagi services were shortened to Tsuruga. The Noto Kagaribi continues to run north from Kanazawa towards Nanao and Wakura Onsen, making it an important remaining conventional-line limited express in the area. The service is worked by 683 Series 2000 units formerly used on Thunderbird services.

This compact three-car set is also useful for modelling related Hokuriku-region limited express operations with other 683 Series products.
