A paper kit of a type DL No.3 locomotive from a locomotive theme park in Nagano prefecture Nobeyama area is included. 'Billy' is the first paper kit by KATO, it has been through thorough development to find the best material and suitable colour, settling on a heavy coloured paper called Kenran which is easy to process and withstandable to show glossing after the painting. Built on a Chibi powered chassis and runs perfectly.
