Description
The EF15 was the standard electric freight locomotive, with 202 units mass-produced between 1947 and 1958. It served on DC sections nationwide, from Kuroiso on the Tohoku Main Line in the north to Shimonoseki on the Sanyo Main Line in the south, until around 1987.
This locomotive was widely used throughout the country, and is recommended for pulling various freight cars that were in service during that period. Use photographs, videos, and other reference materials to recreate a realistic train formation.
This product is a reproduction. Starting with this model, a slotless motor will be used for power. The leading wheels will also be changed to spoked leading wheels. Other specifications remain unchanged from the previous model.
