FD300 from TCM (current Mitsubishi Loginext company) is a large diesel toplifter that is used for loading and unloading in container yards of JR Freight and Rinko Line.
Spreading a device called 'spreader', it grasps and lift a container which is 20 foot or larger and heavy up to 30 tons.
The image is of 23-517 the 23-516 is the same but finished in Yellow with a blue cab.
