Important
This item uses Train Trax's website pre-order function. For simplicity of processing, each product will need to be placed on a separate pre-order as they will probably arrive at different times. If more than one pre-order does arrive at a similar time then it will be possible to combine shipping charges.
Add to your basket as normal. You can then choose to provide card details to be held securely by the preferred payment provider 'Stripe' ready for when the item arrives. You will not be charged until despatch.
If you don't want to provide card details up-front, please choose 'Pay Later'. This just enables me to receive details of your order and no payment needs to be made at this time. You will receive an acknowledgment of your order. I will send an invoice when your order is passing through UK Customs, you can then pay the invoice online using any card or BACS.
You may see the item marked in stock on my website, this merely indicates I have pre-ordered sufficient stock to fulfil your order.
Non UK Customers: UK VAT will be automatically deducted from your invoice, you will however be liable for any taxes in your country.

- EF58 No. 66 was one of the last group of EF58s (third-stage additions) manufactured with large front windows, and appeared in 1953. After being assigned to the Tokyo Locomotive Depot, it was transferred to the Shimonoseki Locomotive Depot and then to the Ryuge Locomotive Depot in 1978. At the end of the Tokyo Locomotive Depot era, it was equipped with cold-weather equipment such as front icicles, and when it was transferred to the Ryuge Locomotive Depot, the front headlights were changed to two lights. At the end of the JNR era, it was popular as the only large-windowed locomotive except for the designated locomotive No. 61, and was also used to pull the night local train "Hayatama". It was kept even after being scrapped in 1989, but was dismantled in 1996.
◆ We will recreate the active days of EF58 No. 66, which was popular at the Ryuge Locomotive Depot until its retirement. Not only will it be able to pull the 10-1881 overnight local train "Hayatama," which will be released at the same time, but it also comes with headmarks for the "Mystery Relay" and "Goodbye 66," so you can also enjoy it as a locomotive for pulling an event train.
