Description

This HO model represents the EF510-500 Hokutosei colour locomotive. The EF510 is an AC/DC electric locomotive introduced in 2002, with JR East's 500 series locomotives later used on the Hokutosei and Cassiopeia sleeper expresses from Tabata Depot.

The Hokutosei version carries the blue passenger-service livery with gold shooting star decoration. It is the obvious partner for Hokutosei sleeper stock and a useful companion to the Cassiopeia colour version, 1-312.
