Description

The 209 Series 500 was introduced on the Chuo-Sobu local line in 1998, using a wider body than the earlier 209 Series to improve passenger capacity. Four sets later moved to the Keiyo Line in 2008; after the introduction of the E233 Series 5000, one set remained on the Keiyo Line after equipment renewal.

This special project item represents Keiyo Line set 34, the longest-serving 209 Series 500 formation on the line. It is suitable for recreating Keiyo Line and Chiba-area scenes alongside E233 Series 5000 sets and other local rolling stock.
