Description

This KATO 6-car add-on set expands the Taiwan Railways EMU3000 green-stripe formation. The EMU3000 is one of Taiwan Railways' modern express train families, introduced from the end of 2021 as part of a major renewal of TRA intercity stock.

The prototype has a clean, modern body design with a simple monotone finish and colour accents above the doors. A full EMU3000 formation is made up of twelve 20 m-class cars, including a business-class car in car 6, so this add-on set is intended to be used with the matching basic set to create the full train.
