This item uses Train Trax's website pre-order function. For simplicity of processing, each product will need to be placed on a separate pre-order as they will probably arrive at different times. If more than one pre-order does arrive at a similar time then it will be possible to combine shipping charges.

You will receive an acknowledgment of your order. I will send an invoice when your order is passing through UK Customs, you can then pay the invoice online using any card or BACS.

Riding a Shinkansen bullet train is regarded to be a popular activity by overseas travelers to Japan. It is an almost established way of tour to land and enter intoJapan at different airports and then crossing several regions by Shinkansen. Kato has prepared single top cars of popular Shinkansensor Narita Express as souvenirs which people can easily pick up in hand on their jouneys and feel the high quality craftmanship of Japan.
◆Product features
・The product consists of a front car, a Unitrack straight track 186 mm for display and a hand 'chock' to prevent the car from rolling.
-The E8 series began commercial operation in March 2024 as a new train for the Yamagata Shinkansen. Based on the E6 series, the concept is "a train that weaves rich culture and hearts", and in order to meet diverse travel needs, it is a train that has been enhanced by installing large luggage storage in all cars and increasing wheelchair space. The exterior design follows the previous Yamagata Shinkansen, using three colors: purple (Oshidori Purple), yellow (Safflower Yellow), and white (Zao Bianco), and is characterized by an "arrow line shape" with headlights on both shoulders. Between Tokyo and Fukushima, it is coupled with the E5 series "Yamabiko" and operates at a maximum speed of 300 km/h.
◆The E8 series, which is playing an active role as the new face of the Yamagata Shinkansen, will be released in N gauge. You can enjoy it in conjunction with the E5 series, as well as with the 10-2096 E3 series 2000 Yamagata Shinkansen "Tsubasa" new paint color, scheduled for release in 2025.
