How it works:

The Kato Unitrack Concrete Sleeper (Tie) Double track is  completely compatible with all other Unitrack. The Double Track Curved pieces (20-183) feature "Superelevated Curves" which means that they are tilted to create a realistic banked shape. This does mean that "Easement Curves"(20-184) are required to connect to the superelevated curves to regular flat track (either double track or Standard Kato Unitrack)

Easement curves are superelevated at one end (marked by a triangle on the underside of the piece) and flat on the other. They act as "adaptors" for the superelevated curves.
