Description

The Yo 8000 was a JNR brake van/conductor's van introduced in 1975 and used on freight trains across Japan. These small vans are useful for completing period freight formations and add visual interest at the end of a train.

KATO's renewed Yo 8000 model includes lit tail lamps and provision for interior lighting, making it more than just a simple wagon. It is suitable for late JNR-era and early JR freight scenes.
