The TAKI1000 is a high speed tank car that was introduced in 1993 and can reach a maximum speed of 95 km/h. After No. 403, the truck was renewed and replaced with the FT21A truck, which has no planks for reinforcment. The TAKI1000 is coated in the green and gray of Japan Oil Transportation Co., Ltd. and has the ENEOS and Eco Rail marks on it. It is used for railway oil transportation from the oil refinery in the coastel region of Negishi in Shinagawa to inland areas like Nagano.
①The car with the ENEOS and Eco Rail mark was chosen for to be turned into a model from within the late stage cars produced after 1998 and among the cars with Japan Oil Transportation Co., Ltd. Colors.
②The ladder on the side is painted in 2 separate colors, green and grey corresponding to the upper and lower parts of the tank just like the prototype.
③Includes reflective plates (only in the 8-Car set), which can be mounted on the frontt/back deck of the cars.
④Next to the included 8 cars, an additional 4 cars can be stored in the packaging case.
