Description
●ED76 0 series is an AC electric locomotive of the Japanese National Railways that was born in 1965. Based on the famous AC locomotive ED75, the car body length was extended to load a steam generator (commonly known as SG) for heating passenger cars, and a non-powered middle bogie was installed to accommodate the increased car body weight due to the SG's water and fuel loading, and the large car body is comparable to that of an F-type locomotive despite being a D-type. By adjusting the air spring pressure of the middle bogie, it is possible to enter lines with low track standards. 94 cars of the 0 series were used as dedicated locomotives for Kyushu, and with the extension of electrification, they were used throughout Kyushu, from freight trains and ordinary passenger trains to pulling blue trains.
◆It is also recommended for pulling the <10-1915 Passenger Car Formation Set Express "Kaimon Nichinan"> scheduled to be released at the same time, and for pulling 12 series express passenger cars. You can enjoy composing your favorite passenger cars and freight cars.
