Description

EF81 95 is one of the most distinctive EF81 locomotives, carrying the 'Rainbow' livery originally applied for the Super Express Rainbow joy train. The vivid cherry-red body and large side EF81 logos made the locomotive stand out even after the original train was withdrawn.

KATO models the locomotive in its later appearance, suitable for Cassiopeia Cruise and other special passenger workings as well as display alongside other JR East stock.
