Description

N gauge KATO EH800 AC electric locomotive in original JRF-marked condition.

The EH800 was introduced for JR Freight operation through the Seikan Tunnel following the opening of the Hokkaido Shinkansen. It replaced earlier ED79/EH500 tunnel workings and is used between Higashi-Aomori and Goryokaku, as well as having hauled the Cassiopeia Cruise during 2016-17.
