Important

This item uses Train Trax's website pre-order function. For simplicity of processing, each product will need to be placed on a separate pre-order as they will probably arrive at different times. If more than one pre-order does arrive at a similar time then it will be possible to combine shipping charges.

-Since the Tokaido Shinkansen opened in 1964, the 0-series Shinkansen continued to be added to the fleet until 1986, with minor changes. The new cars manufactured after 1981 were the final version, the 2000 series, of which a total of 309 cars were manufactured. The 2000 series is a group with expanded seat pitch based on the 1000 series, which has smaller side passenger windows. Even after the transition to JR, all cars were inherited by JR Central/JR West Japan and retired in 2008.

-KATO's long-selling product, the 0-series Shinkansen, will be commercialized as a 4-car set that can be easily enjoyed by beginners and overseas users. Recommended for those who are just starting out with N gauge.

Main Features

① Reproduces the characteristics of the 0 Series, with its distinctive "dumpling nose" that was used on the Tokaido and Sanyo Shinkansen lines.

② Only a 4-car set is released so that even beginners can easily enjoy it (there is no additional set).
③ Head/tail lights light up (using warm white LEDs). The inside of each left and right light also lights up with two lights on the top and bottom.
④ Wheels that represent disc brakes are used on all cars.
⑤ Arnold couplers are standard equipment.
⑥ The bonnet lid, silver rims of the headlights, and car number are printed. Car numbers and non-smoking car markings are not printed.
