This item uses Train Trax's website pre-order function. For simplicity of processing, each product will need to be placed on a separate pre-order as they will probably arrive at different times. If more than one pre-order does arrive at a similar time then it will be possible to combine shipping charges.
Add to your basket as normal. You can then choose to provide card details to be held securely by the preferred payment provider 'Stripe' ready for when the item arrives. You will not be charged until despatch.

●The 701 series is a lightweight stainless steel 3-door 20m-class AC suburban train that was newly deployed in 1993 to replace passenger trains and JNR trains that were used for commuter and suburban transport in the Tohoku region. It uses a VVVF inverter control system and has interior facilities based on long seats from the perspective of one-man operation and in-car movement. It is available in 2-car and 4-car formations, and is operated in a composition appropriate for the amount of transport. ◆
We will release 4-car and 2-car formations that are active in the Sendai area. In addition to creating different sides for the non-one-man compatible 4-car formation and the one-man compatible 2-car formation, we will update the skirt to a realistic shape. Each set includes a motor car, so you can enjoy a variety of combinations such as 2-car and 4-car single formations, 2+2, 2+2+2, and 2+4.

③The passenger doors with steps and the high-voltage equipment around the rooftop pantograph unique to AC trains are very similar to the DC train E127 series, but the different parts are realistically reproduced.
④The 4-car train is a non-one-man compatible car, and the 2-car train is a one-man compatible car, with different sides created for each car.

⑤Each leading car has head/tail lights and front display lights up (with a switch to turn them off). Uses warm white LED.
⑥Each car uses a body-mounted close-coupled coupler without a hook. Comes with an electric coupler that can be attached to the front.
⑦The front display has "Sendai" already installed. Includes replacement front display (plain) and destination display stickers.
⑧ By adopting a slotless motor, smoother and quieter running is achieved. Demagnetizing plate is already installed.
⑩ The 4-car set comes in a 6-car bookcase. Can store 2-car sets.
