The Keihin Tohoku Line is an important traffic route that cuts through the heart of the metropolis by passing through Shinagawa, Tokyo, and Saitama. It connects Omiya, Tokyo and Yokohama and serves as a direct connection from Yokohama to the Negishi Line, as which it goes all the way to Ofuna.
