Although it comes from KATO's Japanese structure range, the design can also work on UK, European, North American or freelance N gauge layouts where a generic town, station or street-scene building is useful. The suburban apartment style is broad enough for modern residential districts, town backstreets, railway-side housing, staff accommodation or freelance urban layouts.
