Description
●JR Freight's EH800 is the first AC electric locomotive since the transition to JR, which replaced the ED79 and EH500, which could no longer be operated on the Tsugaru Kaikyo Line due to the opening of the Hokkaido Shinkansen between Shin-Aomori and Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto. It is equipped with an LCX antenna for the train radio system similar to that of the Shinkansen, and the two end side bodies are equipped with LCX antennas, which give it a unique bulge. In addition to towing freight trains between Higashi-Aomori and Goryokaku, it also towed the group-only train "Cassiopeia Cruise" from June 2016 to February 2017.

Main Features
・The bulge of the LCX antenna installed on the side of both cars and the electrostatic antenna similar to that of the Shinkansen installed on the roof of the driver's cab are reproduced.
・The red car body is beautifully reproduced with silver, which represents the sense of speed reminiscent of the Shinkansen, and the white line that represents the image connecting Honshu and Hokkaido.
・Handrails, release lever, signal flare, electrostatic antenna, train radio antenna, and whistle cover are already installed.
・Stable running is possible with the use of a flywheel-mounted power unit. ・Headlights are lit (using warm white LED).
