Series 10 Night Express Daisen 7 Car Set

Kato will make in N scale night express “Daisen” which is well-known for including various kinds of freight cars, like MANI 35, SUYUNI60 and MANI 64 as put in this Kato scale model set. It was 1968 that express trains connecting Osaka to Izumo City and Taisha via Fukuchiyama Line were united into an express train nicknamed “Daisen”. Diesel locomotive DD54 pulled the train. It is also known that steam locomotive C11 used to pull the train till 1972 between Izumo City and Taisha.
